These workouts are designed for anyone with very limited mobility. Most of the workouts are done whilst sitting down. The exercises are low impact and gentle.

These workouts are designed for anyone with very limited mobility. Most of the workouts are done whilst sitting down. The exercises are low impact and gentle. You'll need your dumbbells for this workout

Level 1 - 20 minute - chair - workouts

These workouts are designed for anyone with very limited mobility. Most of the workouts are done whilst sitting down or with use of a chair for support. The exercises are low impact and gentle.

Level 2 - 20 minute - bodyweight/chair - workouts

These workouts are a little more challenging than the level 1 workouts. Exercises range from standing, kneeling and lying down so you should relatively confident at moving between these positions. They can all be done without any equipment but it's advised that you have a chair for extra support and a matt for added comfort during the lying and kneeling exercises.

These workouts will require your resistance bands

These workouts will require your dumbbells and a chair

Level 3 - 20 minute - bodyweight/chair - workouts

These workouts will provide some more challenging exercises. They will include some compound movements such as squats and lunges as well as moving between standing and lying based exercises. You should be able to transition from standing to lying with confidence. We suggest having a chair for added support and a mat for extra comfort

These workouts will provide some more challenging exercises. They will include some compound movements such as squats and lunges as well as moving between standing and lying based exercises. You should be able to transition from standing to lying with confidence. For this workout you will also need a set of resistance bands
