Hi, I'm Ollie 🙂

I'm an MNU certified nutritionist and Personal Trainer who specialises in working with the older adult population. The majority of my clients are between 55-75 years old but some are in their 80's and 90's.

Over the years I became more and more infuriated with the lack of transparency about what is actually needed for the older adult population to retain their strength and mobility.

The current social paradigm simply does not lend itself to helping the older adult population remain strong. Older adults and the elderly are unnecessarily losing their confidence and independence because there is a lack of good quality information out there.

I built the Wise Fitness Academy as an online resource for older adults and seniors to have access to excellent quality fitness and nutrition content that is designed to help older adults develop and retain strength and health.
