How it works

Initial consultation

As we'll be working closely together to improve your health and fitness it's always nice to meet up locally so we can get to know each other a bit better and talk more about your goals. I tend to meet new clients at the Queens hotel or the Exchange gallery for a cup of tea or coffee.

First home workout 

Workouts are done from the comfort of your own home. For your first session I will be on hand and guide you through the workout. I will also provide the necessary equipment as well.

Next workouts 

I offer a hybrid approach to training meaning 2 of your weekly sessions are done solo and the 3rd will be with me on hand. This approach means makes my service very affordable.
